We had successfully reinstalled UDC1 with a new Active Directory. All services are now in active and accessible.
RDP service is in the process of activating license with Microsoft, should be available within this week.

UDC1 Operational
UDC1 is now in a pre-release status, ready to have UDC2 and UDC3 built on it.
RDP would be moved to UDC3, and RPC over HTTPS would be moved to UDC2.
